We’re truly proud of 10 Brindleyplace, which was Birmingham’s largest office refurbishment scheme until its completion earlier this year. This flagship project exemplifies our brown to green strategy, where we took an existing building in need of modernisation and stripped it back to the frame for a complete refurbishment. We used the opportunity of a downsizing occupier to refresh and reposition the building as a future-proofed office with impressive environmental credentials, and by avoiding the carbon emissions from building anew created a truly sustainable asset.

Originally built in the 1990s, 10 Brindleyplace is the first building in the Brindleyplace estate to receive a back to the frame transformation. This project has taken 10 Brindleyplace from a 20-year-old building into one of the most technologically advanced office buildings in the country - a sustainability-leading office space with elevated amenities that’s open to the community.

Following the pandemic, the work environment has to offer something more than the home office in order to attract employees. 10 Brindleyplace now provides exactly that, with a new standard of space to meet the high-quality demands of the modern occupier. The building provides a high quality, amenity rich, flexible, sustainable workplace, in a market where deliverability of Grade A space is getting ever harder for investors and developers.

Not only do we have a great building in itself, but the wider Brindleyplace estate also adds to the offer; it’s within a secure and managed environment with surrounding residential, culture, canal, restaurants and leisure, plus a great tram link leading you out to the suburbs or New Street station.

When looking for an inspiring place to work, what more could you ask for?
